Witness Testimony

"I was sitting on my deck last night and saw the craziest thing. At least a dozen lights flew over the tree line moving north east. Most were green and maybe two were red and at least one blue. They were in a weird haphazard formation and were moving erratically in what I'd describe as a sort of jumping manner. There was also a really bright white light behind them that looked to be about four or five times as big, and it moved along in the way I'd describe how a balloon floats when you release it into the air. It seemed to almost be hanging in the air. I called my roommate out to see them, and we watched them move off into the distance with the colored lights far outpacing the white one. I've seen loads of planes and these weren't planes. I wonder where the closest Air Force base is to Fort Dodge? "
