Witness Testimony

"The evening of the 4th, we had shot fireworks at the farm. West/south of Brookfield Missouri about 4 miles. It was about 10:30 pm. My son, my fiance's son were standing out behind the house. Looking at all the stars. Being from Kansas City we didn't get a chance to see the night sky in the country much. As we were looking up we noticed a "star" moving from west to east. We at first thought a satellite but it was moving way too fast. No other lights, too high for a plane. The object blended with the stars, it looked just like a star. It took about 10 minutes to go from the west to far east out of sight in a straight line.Not sure what it was. Definitely didn't think it was a plane because of the speed and seemingly high altitude. It seemed to me and airplane that would move that fast would have to be lower, therefore we'd see different lights."
