Witness Testimony

"I was on balkony, as always looking at the stars, this night was cloudy. Certainly some light was notice, i put my eyes on it, and it looks like blinking, above the clouds. I was looking for a while, and go home for a camera. I put my camero on a tripod and make some pics. I was waiting till clouds goes, but before that happened, lights dissapears. Sometimes there was t lights, sometimes 4 or even more, it was look like theye were comunicate to each other using blinking lights. "
