Witness Testimony

"We've been experiencing some pretty bad thunderstorms in houston for the past few days. having a horrible fear of tornadoes, i have a habit of observing the sky whenever we have this kind of weather. even though the storm had passed through i was feeling very anxious and there was a high-pitched static sound i attributed to my television. i turned it off and even unplugged it but the sound persisted. i stepped outside to get some fresh air and calm my nerves. i was looking up at the sky noticing how bright the stars were after the storm. i then began to notice strange flickers of light usually i close proximity to bright stars/planets. it wasn't like when a star just flashes brighter randomly, it was more like random speckles of light, more like when you experience a head-rush. the sky was reddish near the horizon. i then noticed a craft flying down along the horizon to my left. i lost it when it flew past my building but later i felt i heard a drone of some kind emanating from my right above my parking lot and the light over there seemed almost to brighten. this is the second time i've witnessed this same craft. both times it had a very clear outline but the second time i could make out lights. it's not shaped like any type of plane i know of. i believe it's the cause of the static noise i keep hearing and i feel like my body hair stands on end. it especially affects my right arm which has been injured before and still has hardware in it. i tried getting video the last time i saw it but my phone on my camera is awful at night."
