Witness Testimony

"While on duty with the us border patrol while sitting right next to the river between the mexican town miguel aleman and the texas town of roma. i was watching south toward mexico looking for any sign of illegal crossing or smuggling. it was nearly dusk and i noticed an object in the sky moving slowly over the top of the town in mexico. i had already been an agent with the border patrol for several years so i know what a helicopter looks and sounds like and aerostat balloons and also drones. so i thought it might be a drone being used by smugglers in mexico. we are to report sightings of drones in our areas of responsibility as they can be a danger to our own aircraft that might be around. so i grabbed my binoculars and could then clearly see what it was. it was a pitch black three dimensional diamond. i know what a drone looks like as stated and this object had no propellers. it moved steadily upriver from my location keeping the same pace and altitude the whole way until it was out of sight far from normal drone ranges used in the area. the object didn't wobble or tilt just moved horizontally across the sky. i tried to record with my iphone but it was too far away to see clearly. it was only through my powerful binoculars that you could see the unreal shape and movement of the object. i say in the video "triangle" but it was a diamond. please excuse my cursing in the video i was just very surprised. i had never seen a ufo my entire life until then.
