" i have been seeing the same orb-like object reappear at he same time for a week. it just appears with no motion or sound. i just hovers for about 5 to 10 minutes, then grows dim and disappears, on sunday and monday there was a puff of smoke and the thing seemed to break up into small pieces. i live near ft. bliss and an air force airbase down the mountain from my house to the east. this could be some operation they are doing- but why are they doing this right over the city? i can see the planet venus rising to the sw at the same time this object appears, then vega and stars from the constellation cygnus appear a few minutes later. the object appears before the sky gets dark. i do not have a cell phone or computer at my house. my sister took a picture with her cell phone last wednesday, but i do not have access to it right now, as i'm writing this report from a public library. "
