"Looking out over a hall we saw a strange object hovering in our night sky, we observed this for 8 minutes , the lights would dim then go bright, different colours , we could hear no sounds, . now it is gone. the lights made us notice the object. it just stayed stationary. i thought it was a helicopter at first but when we looked through our binoculars i was amazed, it wasnt no helicopter and my scanner never went off.... no sounds at all. my wife sees this almost everynight. same object , same light patterns. "
