Witness Testimony

"About 6:00 pm my husband and I were sitting on our back patio admiring the lawn we'd just finished mowing, When I looked up at the back of the neighbours yard and saw what I thought to be a black and silver spinning top hovering over their yard. I said to my husband what's that thing over there. I thought it might have been a drone as I had seen a couple flying over our properties recently but this seemed to be very different in shape and there was no sound. My husband called out to our son to bring out the telescope but by the time he brought it out the object had started to move away and further up into the sky. In the time that we tried to focus the telescope on the object it had moved right up into the sky and out of sight.. My husband thought it was a JCU water/science project but I believe otherwise as I have seen drones flying in our area and this was nothing like them. Mostly drones fly fairly low and not continue to go up into the sky until they disappear out of sight. They also make a sound like a large mosquito or a small helicopter. This object made no sound."
