Witness Testimony

"Went outside in back of my apartment between 12:30am and 1:15am. saw a movement to my right. saw dark black square object with red running lights gliding northward over apt next to me. i turned to the south and looked in the sky. i immediately saw 8 items with the same running lights. ever since then, i see them with light blue and white running lights. i concentrate my view on them and they quickly float away to hide. they think you can not see them behind power lines. they usually try to hide at treetops. they follow every plane or copter. they have lights to imitate planes and copters at the front, but turn them off when spotted. hover close to buildings late at night.
