Witness Testimony

"Out on a 4-th floor apt building balcony to take some air. the same thing and exactly the same movement of the object two weeks in a row. same time, same place (observed in the same direction and altitude). same movement pattern. i'm ex-military air force sgt. retired. i know to identify plane or helicopter, rocket. it wasn't it. doesn't fly in that pattern. not a flare, or illumination ammo. the object hovered and was stationary for a few min. 20 to 35 degrees above the horizon. then changed alt, moved zigzaging changing glow. glowed like bright star or the planet venus. blue-white intence colour. looked like a spiked star from where i was. stopped glowing for a sec, glowed again, stopped glowing again, glowed as before. changed altitude, got slightly higher, about 5 degrees higher and moved nw with moderate constant speed. lost eye contact when the object got behind a building wall.
