Witness Testimony

"My wife and i were sitting on our deck at approx 10:20 pm. she pointed out a light moving near the horizon in the south west. as we observed the light move along a course towards the north east, it appeared to be a satellite. no airplane lights were observed, and it motion was very smooth, like a satellite. the light appeared to be above low lying clouds, but below higher clouds. after the light disappeared over the horizon to the north east, i performed an internet search to try to identify the object, but none could be found. the light traveled from my southwest horizon to the northeast in approx 2 minutes, and obtained a maximum altitude of about 70 degrees."
