" bright blue, red and green lights moving in a circular motion in the sky. Moved in a zig zag motionwith the naked eye it looked like a bright flickering star. But using a binoculars you could see a bright blue, green and red lights moving in a circle motion. It moved in a zig zag way. This is the second time people saw it in our town. "
