Witness Testimony

" Glowing lights, in formation seen in my photos of the opera house in the Theaterplatz square in Dresden, Germany, June 2, 2017.I took two night shots of the Semperoper building in the Theaterplatz of Dresden, Germany on June 2. Later that night as I was looking at my photos, I noticed these lights in the sky. I first saw the ones from 10:06pm and then realized that they also appear in the earlier shot at approx.10:04pm. The shots were taken with a new camera, a digital SLR. I did not notice the lights as I was taking the photo, as I was so focused on the beauty of the building.We were traveling and have just returned home to Pennsylvania. I will send the photos by email. I have been wanting to get an opinion about what these could be.
