"I was out in the empty lot behind where i live with my dog and i noticed an object in the west in the area of the telephone wires. the first time i saw it it was around the area of the fort wayne museum of art maybe behind it. it was just hovering then it descended out of view. then about a minute later i saw it again a little farther away around the new courthouse and it it was hovering. it then went to my right till it seemed to be back where it started around the museum and then descended."
