Witness Testimony

"I'm not sure if i put the exact date correctly but it was about that day when i saw it.This happened close to the center of the city!!!! I was on my balcony smoking a cigarette when I saw a constant red bright light in the distance and I just kept staring at it,at one point it started going a bit up ,then in my direction and for some reason I felt that whatever this was,it wasn't normal.Once it got close,the light switched to a pulsating red light, I was in shock while if flew right above me at a max 50 meters height.I was able to see it 100% clearly and I couldn't figure out the shape of it.It was like a disfigured slowly spinning cube which is pulsating red light across the whole thing,that as close as I can describe it.Also the matter of the supposed "ship" looked really strange, a material I have never seen in my life and probably never will,it was dark and transparent,yet the whole thing was pulsating a red light,it was a slow pulsating and made no sound ,like it didn't even exist.Once it flew over me I couldn't see it anymore because it went behind my building.I didn't sleep that night because of the fact how close it was to me. I've asked around people the next day if they saw anything that day or heard anything from somebody,but for now I'm the only witness."
