Witness Testimony

"Nasca,south east of the nasca lines looking through one window the full moonlight in the horizon over the earth, i saw a light with the shape of star or a ball with small spikes, but the spikes did not twinkle like a star. the object was very bright, much brighter than a star and the moon, but it was like the light was not going beyond it´s contour, as if it was an unchanging shape captured in one image. the object was going from sky to earth for almost 3 seconds until it dissappeared far in the horizon. when it was high in the sky it was bigger, and smaller close to the earth, so i think it did not descended vertically, but diagonally, as if it was going to the nasca lines or the sea."
