Witness Testimony

"About 10pm my Partner and I saw a bright Red light with orange Inside of it was pulsating and moving very slowly across the sky from west to east It was a still night no wind or breeze. It had no sound and no flickering lights. It looked like it had energy inside it. It was not a Chinese latern as it went across the sky not up and there was absolutely no wind. If I held my hand up lIke I was holding a softball that was the size of it. We watched it move across the sky right over our heads for about 50 seconds until it went over our house and we couldn't see it any longer. We were both very startled and had racing hearts as we have never seen anything like this in the sky. "
