Witness Testimony

"My nephew went on vacation to mexico. one of the places he visited was zacatecas, mexico. he saw a street sign that had the word "zacatecas" on it, that was located on a small patch of grass in the middle of the street, and thought it would be neat if he could take a picture with him standing next to the sign. so he had his girlfriend take the picture which she took on her cell phone. after the picture was taken, he ended up posting it on his facebook page a few days later. i saw the picture on facebook and noticed something odd while looking at it. in the picture on the upper left corner was this round silver object that looked out of place. i first thought it was those round things they put on wires to alert airplane pilots about the wires. i thought this because under the object there are visible power lines or telephone wires underneath the object. but as i zoomed in, i could see there wasn't any wires holding this object up. it was up there with nothing attached to it. and i remembered from watching tv programs about ufo's that they showed video of ufo's that looked very similar to the one in the picture. i'm not sure if it's a ufo or not. i was hoping you would be able to tell me. i think it's very possible it could be one but i'm not 100% positive. what do you think? "
