Witness Testimony

"My friend and i were watching the sky from the balcony.suddenly we notice a kind of flying objectin the sky.whlie its distance was lower than an altitude of a plane,it was illuminated by white light and its surface was grey.its shape was amazingly like a cone that its vertex was much more brighter and it was moving straightly to the southeast and it was nearing to the ground. After fifteen minutes the light decreased and finally vwe lost the sight totally."
