SIGHTING: DIVIDE, COLORADO (UNITED STATES)

Witness Testimony

"Documented on 20 september 2017, 4:00 pm on september 20, 2017 while i was driving between woodland park, colorado and divide, colorado on colorado highway 24, between 11:30 am and 11:45 am, approximately 3 miles from divide, colorado, my wife and i spotted 4 white objects flying in the sky, in formation. (in formation as the air force thunderbirds or navy blue angles would fly.) the weather was clear with no clouds in the sky and the visibility was exceptional. the objects were moving faster than a helicopter but slower than a military jet aircraft in a north to south direction. (we were headed west on highway 24 so the movement we observed would be from right to left) my initial reaction was that they were 4 helicopters in formation. almost immediately i came to the conclusion that there are no white helicopters that i am aware of and they were moving faster than a military helicopter. in addition from what i could see, there were not any markings on the craft. the craft were pure white. my wife also commented that they were white. i then thought to my self that they were an unusual shape, one i have never seen before. an elongated oval bottom with a slightly off center bulge on the top. my wife described them as oval or circular in shape. while traveling from north to south, the crafts executed a 90 degree turn to the west while still in formation and without reduction of speed. at this point in our observation they appeared to arc up and then they just disappeared. my wife and i commented almost at the same time that they were gone, that they just disappeared. eventhough i was driving at the time we looked at the sky for awhile to see if we were mistaken and we just lost track of the objects but never saw them again. the entire viewing sequence of these objects took between 10 to 15 sec. my wife's 89 year old mother was in the back seat of the car but could not observe the objects through the front window as we were able to do nor did she fully comprehend what my wife and i were talking about. there were other vehicles on highway 24 at the time."
