Witness Testimony

"I was sitting outside having my coffee outside around 7:15 when i observed a contrail, i thought it was an airplane, but it didn't look right so i got my binoculars and when i observe the object there was a bright light in front of the contrail. at first i thought i was seeing space debris, but space debris does not change directions​ as this object did. i kept observing the object as it was descending the whole time. the direction that it changed was from a westerly direction to a northerly direction over the atlantic ocean. i observed it until it past behind the clouds and i could not see it anymore. i did take pictures, they are not the greatest but it does show the directional change. i also live close to the space coast and thought it what might be a rocket, but did not find any evidence of a launch today. i am also unable to upload the photos, don't know why i just tried a whole bunch of times and didn't get anything but i do have photos."
