Witness Testimony

"I saw the objects while standing as officer in charge of the navigation watch aboard the pacific hope while the ship was underway between fiji and panama. i thought they were aircraft because of their standard aviation lighting (green, red, and white strobe). however they remained in same location for many hours and days with respect to our ship. the captain said that they were stars that twinkled in that fashion in equatorial waters. as most of the stars did not do that, i kept my doubts to myself. these objects remained in the same relative locations despite major course changes."
