Witness Testimony

"Very high blinking light moving erratically in a roughly south easterly direction. A second blinking light was also going in the opposite direction but could not follow both. It was definitely not a plane or satellite because of the way it was moving. We checked flights to be certain it was not planes but it did not show any in those directions."
