"I was driving around at work at approximately 6:38 AM. While driving up the road, I saw what looked like a bright firework shoot up on the other side of Rockville. By time it registered in my head that I saw something, the white light that I thought was a firework had stopped in the air, almost resembling a small star. I think he was a star, I told myself I just seen something when I thought I saw a shoot up. That is until that white dot casted a light off itself, almost resembling a vehicle‘s headlights getting ready to come over a hill. After It cast that light, The light being emitted slowly faded out and I watched the dot go up into the clouds, and disappear "
