Witness Testimony

"A friend of mine was smoking outside and he said hey come out here look at this for a minute and i went and looked and it was something round or something in the air hovering in the sky and it had lights it was changing lights all the time and i said maybe it was a weather balloon he said no look how far up it is and it was moving hovering and bouncing back and forth and at one point i was like wow i wave to it and it hovered and went up and down i wasn't sure if it's saw me or if it noticed my wave and it was there for a while just hovering bouncing around its lights were constantly changing i wasn't sure where the lights were coming from or if it was reflected anywhere but it was coming from it was with this whatever sphere thing and my boyfriend saw it too and it was with us a while in the sky i thought it was another star i felt i wasn't sure how i felt my boyfriend said is this ufo like maybe it is a weather balloon and we're just not sure i went inside he had to get ready for work then i went back outside we went back outside because he had to go to work and it moved it moved it was in a different area more west but still up in the sky and then after i looked again and it was gone"
