Witness Testimony

"I live under birmingham airport flight path and i am use to planes flying either high or low at night. i'm a bit of a star gazer when out in garden smoking. i saw what i thought was a plane flying at about 30,000ft but it didn't have a flashing light as all planes do. then all of a sudden i saw a second light but a little brighter than first i'd say traveling high speed when it was about 6 inches away (bear in mind they are high in sky an looked like moving stars) the second light looked like it emitted a bluish beam at first light which stopped it light still bear in mind it was travelling at speed to dead stop the second it stopped the following light emitted a bright flash and they both disappear at first i thought maybe cloud cover but as i looked around it's the clearest night every star visible. came into house told girlfriend what i had saw and asked her to come out so i could explain what i had saw. roughly 5 minutes at passed from my sighting then my partner said like that 1 there. i looked up an saw another light traveling north to south at very high speed. i see planes all the time at various heights and the first 2 lights we're not planes. the light traveling north to south could have been but had no beacon no sound and was traveling say from 90 degrees straight up till out of visual sight a matter of no more than 8 seconds "
