Witness Testimony

"My wife, granddaughter and I were watching the fireworks on Flagler Beach last evening. All three of us observed a very strange object in the sky just to the west of the fireworks display. The object appeared to be square in shape with multiple levels of lights, red and green, that were pulsating rather than flashing, which you might see with a helicopter or other aircraft. The strange thing was that it was perfectly still for a long period of time and made no sound. It then moved approximately 1/4 mile to the west and continued to hover in the sky for another 15 minutes or so until the fireworks were concluded. Again, perfectly still. Once the fireworks were concluded, it then spun 180 degrees and then took off parallel to the ground at an altitude of approximately 750 feet, accelerating at a rapid rate until it was out of sight, much faster than the helicopters in the area. We thought it might be a camera drone from a private owner or media outlet, but it appeared to be too large and moved too fast for that to be the case. My granddaughter has a photo but it is very blurry. I can make arrangements to send it to you if you are interested."
