Witness Testimony

"10:30 pm west of marfa, tx i observed two craft fly from the north to south. each craft had 3 white steady lights that formed points of a triangle. each craft also had a red blinking light in the middle. once both craft were to the south of me they began to follow each other at a very low altitude and a high rate of speed heading northeast. i have video and screenshots of one of the observed craft. i had to make the video black and white and zoom in to see all the lights of craft. the original color video is also included.
