Witness Testimony

"I had a canon rebel t3 but i didn't know how to use it yet. i take pictures. lots. that day i just happened to snap some random photos of the sky and realized i had got this image when i was looking through the pictures later. i've never had even the slightest clue what it was, i don't know why it took me so long to send to someone for analyzing.. but i would love to know what you guys can come up with. i haven't edited it. (by the way the other blurry specks are dust particles... the lens was accidentally left off the camera body..) i also got a clear picture of a drone that day. i will include it. thanks! if any other info is needed i'd be happy to share what i can to contribute. also, this is a cloud back up. if it has lost any details i have the original copy on a desktop i have packed away, but it is available."
