Witness Testimony

"On saturday 9/1/18 at 11:00pm i stepped out onto my balcony of the second floor of my house in clearwater florida to smoke a cigarette before i went to bed. the sky was dark there were no stars except for one that appeared overhead approximately 2 miles to the south and at an altitude of approximately 7000 ft. i thought it was strange but there were no other stars and that this one seem to have some kind of a geometric shape like a v shape. at first i thought it was an airplane because of its brightness and unusual appearance but as i continued to observe it it never changed its location it just appeared to be hovering there. it was definitely not a helicopter as i would have heard the noise of chopper blades. it also was not a weather balloon as there was no ascent no movement in position. my night vision isn't good i can't focus very well so i went back inside to get my cell phone. i saw no point in taking a video since the object wasn't moving so i took stills. when i viewed the pictures that i had taken i could barely see a tiny point of light in the dark screen. when i expanded the picture i was surprised not only to see that it actually was v-shaped like a flying wing but also had lights along the wings and on the tips and there was a larger light in the center. the pictures showed that it was rotating and in two of the pictures it looked like a dumbbell with a much larger light on the tip of the right wing."
