"Filled out at mufon hq from a report sent in by mail. this reports was filed and filled out by l. flechtner 18809 at mufon hq on 9/4/2018. witness enclosed four photographs which i took pictures of and attached to the bottom of this report. field investigator assigned to this case,please contact hq to get the original report and photos sent to you. -------------------------------------------------------------------- i was in mexico city from sat. sept 9 to dat sept 16, 2017. there were four (4) excursions arranged by my las vegas travel agent. the event occurred in the morning of the last one, friday sept. 15, "sightseeing & activities xochimilco & coyoacan (10 hours.) stepping out of the tour bus, this was the first photo i took that day. i wanted to get the statue and church tower in the same frame. i don't know if i noticed the object. down lower to the right was a building one of the three tour guides said was located there since the time of cortes. behind me behind a wall was a long park at the end of which is the coyote fountain. beyond that a convent. over to the left was another building said to be from the time of cortes. and further to the left on a street corner is the artist frida museum. the mexico city earthquake took place the following tuesday. as i was showing my album of pictures to the couple who own the shop where i get my photos processed, one said, "that looks like a ufo" she was the first to notice it. alway before she said she wouldn't believe in ufos unless she saw one. "
