Witness Testimony

"I was out on the balcony of my apartment looking south and I seen a red light in the sky. At first I thought it was a plane but then I realized that it wasn't moving. It was just hovering in the sky just below and to the left of moon. It was a partly cloudy night and I can see this light clearly. I went inside and grabbed my binoculars to see if I could get a better look. I seen two red lights side by side and a white/blue light started blinking under it. The lights dimmed for a moment then came back on at 19:07 whatever it was began to move either south or it began to descend. It is hard to tell since I have another apartment building in the way. I tried to take a photo or video of it through my binoculars with my cell phone but was unsuccessful. I really don't know if it was a UFO or if it was probably something military but if you have any other reports on this incident on this date, please contact me. I am an American living in Sofia and I look at the sky always. I know an airplane, jet, helicopter when I see it. And this thing disappeared fast. "
