Witness Testimony

"This picture captured by phone during my trip when i visited thủy xuân, huế, vietnam on 1 jan 2019. it was a foggy and raining day. pretty hard to see the clear sky. i didn't see the object on the spot. i only notice the object on the next day when i browsing the picture on my phone. in the beginning, i was thought it could be my phone lens's dirt. when i zoom in i found out the shape is not a speck of dirt. it looks like a cylinder shape. at the bottom part seems to have a light. when i scroll to the next picture where taken at the same place and around the same time, the object basically appears to another side too. to double check, i asked my friend who has taken the same area to show me his picture. surprisingly he has captured the same thing but just in a different spot. the picture i shared here is from my friend and mine as well. at the first glance, i assuming it could be sky lantern. but is pretty hard to fly the sky lantern in the windy & raining day. and the object seems bigger than sky lantern. if anyone happens to visit the same place and did take some pictures of the area from 3 pm to 4 pm on 1 jan 2019. please do check it out your picture. i really have no idea what it is. let me know if anyone knows it. thanks"
