" i noticed a metallic object at about cloud level on a mostly sunny day. my location was just east of sioux falls. as i walked between my shop and shed, i noticed the craft was hovering in one place over ne sioux falls. the shape was disc or cigar shaped. i'm not sure how long it had been there before i notice it but i observed it for about 45 to 60 seconds. it flew up and away at very high speed. it only took 1-2 seconds for it to go out of view. i know i should've noted the day and time but failed to do that. it was after halloween and before thanksgiving. i have no pictures or video."
