Witness Testimony

"My wife and i were in the backyard, in a hot tub i was watching an airplane flying overhead which flew from from the west and headed north east it had its beacon lights on. when it got to the north east i notice lights appear about 500 ft below the aircraft. with bright lights on. at first i thought it was a helicopter but it made no sound and the angle of descent was too sharp for a helicopter. it came down approximately 1000 to 2000 feet away over top of our garage at that time i watched it as it hovered over a field and it had circular lights that were i would say the same brightness as the new car headlamps they were white white lights and hovered over that an empty field above our garage for approximately 4 to 5 minutes as i watched it and at the same time and then i said to my wife i said look across the field at that thing in the sky and it’s and that time it took evasive action and took off at a high rate of speed too the west over the lake and disappeared.I hesitated about calling anybody, but a few days later i called a government office."
