Witness Testimony

"I went to go out to my car to grab my phone charger when sometime in the sky caught my eye. there were no other stars anywhere in the sky and this one star i seen looked like it was glowing red. i went back in the house to grab my phone so i could record it. when i started recording it i zoomed it and noticed it was a large circle with another smaller circle inside it and they seemed to be spinning in opposite directions. they also looked like they were glowing reddish-orange. i called my oldest daughter and my brother outside without telling them what i saw. i pointed to the "star" and askes them if it looked like a star. my brother said it looked like it was moving a little. i started recording again (which is the video i submitted) this time when i zoomed it not only was it spinning but at one point to zoomed to the left real fast and then right back to the same spot. for two hours i kept going back outside to check and it was still there. half hour later i went back and it was gone, the sky was completely black. i can't explain what that was that i saw that night but it wasn't the first time and i'm sure it won't be the last time."
