Witness Testimony

"While watching eagle circle of my neighbor's house the object passed my line of vision below the clouds. cloud ceiling that day was a 12,000 ft clear underneath it was traveling at approximately 200 miles an hour no sound no exhaust no wings no blades. while i was watching the eagle i thought when you be great to see a ufo and there it was. i watched the object fly in the same direction 4 5 minutes and then it just disappeared as normal craft do. quick note disguise for completely clear of any other objects which is unusual since i have site of many contrails flying over the test range at area 51 groom lake which is about 120 mi away. when i saw the craft disappear over the horizon i returned my view to the eagle and it was gone."
