"I was with my brother in the deserted walking course of the community garden. we both looked at the sky because of a flash in the sky, it appeared 4 times the size of the other stars in the sky. it started to dim into 2 circles and then it vanished. we stood there for 15 minutes scanning the sky but it didn't return. there were commercial airplanes in the sky but this object was brighter and stationary. the actual height of the object is unknown but it appeared to be much higher than the airplanes. this is the second time such object has been seen in the area. this one was be me."
