Witness Testimony

"Was driving south on i-15 between 2 & 3 am. & saw blinking light ahead of me on my left as i got close it went across the road to my right off to the fields. i drove ten more minutes & down the road i saw the blinking light again as i got close to it the same thing happened. i thought what's up with the blinking light maybe it's a police helicopter checking my speed. then another ten minutes i see the blinking light as i get close it starts a strobe of lights & stops stationary off to my left with the bright light facing the road i couldn't get a good look but the second time it did the same thing again i rolled my window down & focused even better & saw two round lights under it as well as heat vapors circling under the lights it seemed 50 yards from the highway & hundred ft from the ground. it looked black because there isn't lights in that area. the shape was like what i have seen from hanger one & mufon files on the cable program."
