Witness Testimony

"Sphere like object flew inbound into the city from the north behind the mountains. object traveled at a high rate. at first all i could see was a green light. could not tell what it was. once the object cleared the mountains and entered the city, it slowed down and hovered for a few seconds. it the slowly traveled westbound over the city, still close to the mountains. there was a full moon of almost full moon that evening and the moonlight lit the object as it flew westbound. it was clearly a sphere shaped object. appeared to be black or dark. no wings, no propellers were seen. no noise was heard. the object suddenly turned northbound again and sped off over the mountains at a fast rate. thats when i lost visual."
