Witness Testimony

"I was sitting on my bench with my two dogs. i have binoculars and was observing aircraft. i live 50 miles east of the columbus airport, in the country. i went out around 3pm and had seen 7 commercial jets and 2 small planes by 3:30. even though it was a perfectly clear blue sky, it is sometimes hard to spot high flying jets especially without a vapor trail. i looked up and spotted one going directly west, very high, it was just to the east of me. i grabbed the binoculars to look at it when i saw this bright white fuzzy ball. it was 300ft or so high, traveling 50mph? s.W. in a straight line. at first i though it was a piece if material that had got caught in an up draft and was blown by the wind, but it had a steady speed and was moving parallel to the ground at a steady speed, and in a perfect line. it was not very windy yesterday, definately not enought to propel an object that fast. i did try to see it through the binoculars, it still in the few seconds i saw it, it looked round and fuzzy edged. very unusual!"
