Witness Testimony

"Photographed what appeared to be a single cloud hovering above hole #6 at ottawa park. i said "look at that single dense cloud just hanging there over hole 6" and my golfing buddy says "hey that makes me think of australia". at the time it looked like a very dense cloud suspended there probably 600 to 800 feet away from us. i took the single photo of the object above the golf green and only later examining the photo discovered things that our human eyes could not capture at that time. the photo is offered here in un-modifed form. the actual time the photo was snapped was sept. 26,2019 at 10:40am and it was the only object visible against that deep blue sky. when i showed the picture to my golfing buddy, i asked him whether he saw the square shape below the cloud at the time i snapped the picture. the answer from both of us was that we could not see that square box at the bottom with our human eyes at that instant. however, it would appear that the camera lens is able to neutralize some of that camouflage technology. this is very likely the same vehicle that someone in maumee captured on a very poor quality video at 8:00am on the same morning. if you compare my single photograph to the high quality video on huffpost.Com by hector garcia in philadelphia 2015, you will see that frame captures from 34 to 38 seconds into that video reveal similar mechanical structures. there is a turbine like assembly that seems to be visible that is horizontal while hovering and at that time a square box shape is at the bottom of the device. when the axis of the turbine tips vertical the device begins to fly perpindicular to that axis. close examination of my photo also reveals multiple 90â°corners and a ribs along the left side where the turbine protrudes from the cloud."
