Witness Testimony

"Looking out my living room window in the dark cloudless night sky i noticed a fairly bright light just hovering in the sky. i stared at it for probably10 seconds approximately. then i grabbed my phone and started filming it. by the time i got out on the sidewalk the lit object started moving northbound very very slowly. it appeared to me it was way too slow to hold itself in the air if it was a plane. i observed no noise at all. i'm guessing the object could have been1000 feet in the sky? but i had nothing to judge the height by. i took approximately 50 seconds of film before i became discouraged with the quality of film i was getting. so i stopped filming and went in the house and grabbed my binoculars and viewed the object with them. i had a hard time keeping the object still in my binoculars so to steady myself i leaned against my neighbors house. it appeared to me i could see at least 3 maybe 4 portholes in a cigar shaped object. the sky was dark but apparently the object was darker cause i did see some shape. after observing this for say approximately another couple minutes i lost track of it over my house. i first saw it heading northbound after hovering. then as i watched with the binoculars it turned to more of a nnw direction."
