Witness Testimony

"I was on my balcony just looking around at the apartment building across the street and I thought I seen a drone. I said to myself a drone that is rare in this area. It was hovering around about 10 stories high. Then it move very quickly down to maybe about the 6 level of the apartment building next door then quickly back up to the 10th then over the building then up into the sky hovering I called my wife it'll get that to show her by the time she got there she said she did see a light but then she lost track of it but my eyes followed it up into the sky hovering and moving back and forth very quickly very quickly back and forth then it disappeared. It wasn't round shaped object that hovered somewhat like a small drone but then it moved quickly over the building and up into the sky like maybe two blocks away in the sky then to the right very quickly to blocks them to the left very quickly it must have been going at least 500 miles an to move from one point to another so quickly. Then it disappeared."
