Witness Testimony

"This is hard to describe and no, i am not crazy. this always starts out with a few days of a sound that i can only describe as a radar sweep. the sound that one might hear while listening to a short wave radio being interfeared with by a radar signal. this "signal" (for lack of a better word) starts out weak and increases as the days go on. sometimes there is only one sweep or several. sometimes this signal goes away for several days, weeks or months. if it doesn't go away, it culminates in a non-verbal warning in english. the words are neither in a male or female voice but seem to be by telepathy.. the warning can be of a personal nature or for someone else. the radar sweep, when it happens, is the only sound i can hear. it seems to be both telepathic and audible at the same time."
