Witness Testimony

"I was travelling in my car southeast on route 87, just after simmons army air force base. i had turned onto the ramp on route 87 south that leads to all american freeway in fayetteville (cumberland county ) nc. this is near ft. bragg. the sky was partially cloudy, with the sun shining with blue sky visible. just as we entered the ramp on route 87 south, appeared a disc like shape hovering above us and fairly low. we could see it quite clearly. it was silver. some of it was shiny, some not. the interesting aspect of the disc, which looked like an overturned button, was that on the top on either side, were shapes that resembled two pieces of pizza, points down. these shapes were part of the craft. this was not a helicopter, nor a plane. there were no propellers, engines, nor trail of "smoke" from the disc. there were no windows, nor did we see any occupants. there was no noise. both my 14 year old and i saw the disc as it hovered over us. then, without seeing a flight path, the object moved southeast about a mile away and higher in the sky. it was as if it were in front of us one second then a distance away from us the next without seeing it travel. just as quickly, the craft disappeared. surprisingly, as i returned to that area about 30 minutes later, it was as if a curtain of fog had fallen from that point northwest. the fog was heavy and no sky could be seen. it only started at the exact area where we spotted the craft and continued on route 87 northwest. i do not know if the fog continued beyond my destination which was about 10 to 12 miles travelling northwest of simmons army air force base.
