"Me and my best friend askhay kauthankar aka "hunter" were at my friend place for some work in panaji and after we finished our work we went to the roof terrace of the building to chill out and at around 9.00 p.M or around 9.30 p.M, there was a blue ball of light in the night sky moving around, we could not believe it, the ufo did not made a noise at all, it was silent in the night sky. this is our first ufo sighting of 2019....................... "
