Witness Testimony

"Was looking out over the ocean and full moon from inside the house looking west over the bay in San Carlos off Calle Bonita. saw a fairly large, circular yellow light falling rapidly from the sky. Yelled at my friends/family to come see because I didn’t know what it was, and we all witnessed it stop falling and move south slowly, fade behind some clouds, then move north while getting brighter, then drop down behind a mountain. It looked to be very close as if it was over the town, and can’t think of any other way to explain this sighting that 4 of us witnessed. "
