Witness Testimony

"Sitting at an outside px/food court, watching 3 lights in the eastern sky that appeared to be planes or helicopters, headed west, coming toward the base. the lights never changed, so i took out my phone and shot a video. while watching, the lights appeared to produce one cloud per light, fast at first and then the clouds grew larger and the lights were more obscured. as the clouds started moving north with the wind that was apparently at that altitude, the lights completely disappeared; next, the clouds thinned and dissapated leaving clear sky."
