"Filled out and filed at mufon hq from a phone conversation on 2/4/2020 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i was on the uss tiru ss 416 a submarine off the northern tip of the philippines within sight of land.We were traveling from manila to japan. i was on watch with binoculars when i saw a huge redish orange ball with a very long tail move from the north to the west out at sea. i checked with the radar room and they said they didn't catch anything. this happened in 1970 at about midnight. (month and day are aprox) witness wanted to know if anyone else had reported a sighting in that area."
